The Parade of Homes events in the fall and spring have been annual Kansas City traditions offering generations of home buyers the largest and most impressive displays of new homes in the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area.

Each Parade takes place for two weeks and showcases hundreds of beautiful brand-new homes. Experienced home buyers or first-timers will find homes available to suit each style, need and price. Home tours are free and open to the public daily.
