CLIENT APPRECIATION
In August, our team had the opportunity to take some of our clients to the 2026 Artisan Home Tour! We spent the day exploring incredible homes throughout the greater Kansas City area and getting a firsthand look at the latest in home design, building, and finishes. We love experiences like this because they allow us to share something special with our clients while also keeping our team up to date on what’s new and inspiring in Kansas City real estate.
Team Bonding Abroad
Our annual team trip took us to Mexico this May, and it was one for the books! We believe the best teams are built both in and out of the office, and spending time together away from work is one of our favorite ways to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories.
Bringing Hearts & Homes Together
Cami Jones Collaborative proudly donated $25,400 to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City last year, providing 254 nights of stay for families with sick children. RMHC-KC’s mission is to ease the burden of childhood illness by offering comfortable lodging near local healthcare facilities, creating a supportive environment, and raising vital resources for the families they serve. We’re truly honored to be one of the highest contributing teams to this incredible cause.
LEVELING UP OUR KNOWLEDGE
This past month, we attended the HomeServices of America Stronger Together event in Las Vegas, an invite-only gathering of 400 of the top agents in the company. The week was filled with inspiration, connection, and invaluable insight from incredible leadership, fueling our passion to continually elevate our business and the client experience. Cami also spoke on the Scaling Hospitality panel, sparking meaningful conversations and powerful learning moments. We’re heading home inspired, motivated, and ready to serve at an even higher level.
Wrapping Up the Year Together
Whether it’s a team brunch, lunch, dinner, or something in between, we always love an opportunity to get together! This holiday season, we celebrated another exciting year as a team, reflected on some of our favorite moments, and enjoyed getting into the holiday spirit together. We’re so grateful for a year filled with growth, great memories, and plenty to celebrate!
